This Saturday, I have the privilege of working with the National Down Syndrome Congress in Washington, DC!

"Founded in 1973, the National Down Syndrome Congress is the country’s oldest national organization for people with Down syndrome, their families, and the professionals who work with them. We provide information, advocacy and support concerning all aspects of life for individuals with Down syndrome, and work to create a national climate in which all people will recognize and embrace the value and dignity of people with Down syndrome."

I will be volunteering with Reece`s Rainbow, a Down Syndrome adoption ministry, while sharing my platform, "Adoption-A Loving Option", as well as getting to know some of the wonderful children at the convention!
"The mission of Reece's Rainbow is to rescue orphans with Down syndrome through the gift of adoption, to raise awareness for all of the children who are waiting in 25 countries around the world, and to raise funds as adoption grants that help adoptive families afford the high cost of adopting these beautiful children."

"Each one should use whatever gift he has received to serve others, faithfully administering God's grace in its various forms." - 1 Peter 4:10
